Adding Outlining Toolbar to Word -- It Doesn't Stick When I Re-Run Program

Hi all,

I want to have Word show the Outlining toolbar each time I run Word. I know
how to customize it so that the Outlining toolbar shows up when I'm in a
Word screen. But I can't figure out how to save it so that it shows up the
same way (with the outlining toolbar) the next time I run Word (I'm using
Word 2002).

I thought that my adding the toolbar would automatically save the setting in
normal.dot. But I must be missing something here.

Can folks help me out with this? Thanks very much.
