Adding Outlook 2007 contacts to my Vista sidebar contacts

Is there a way to add some of my contacts from outlook 2007 to the sidebar
contacts that comes with Vista?

All I added 1 contact to the sidebar contact and it won't let me add
another. How do I do this as well?
