Adding Pages

Hi!
I need help!!! I am typing sports rosters (104 pages) and
need to go back and insert a few pages here and there to
add new teams. How do I add a page ?
I appreciate any help I can get,

As Greg mentioned the outline view is an excellent tool
for manipulating text within a large document. Although
many prefer not using hard page breaks within a document
it is another method of adding a page within the body of
your document. To use it, click your mouse at the end of
the last character where you want to add the page, then
press Ctrl + Enter. This inserts a hard page break where
you can begin typing text. You can remove the page break
later after you enter the text.
