adding personal address book to contacts in outlook 2000

can someone help me. I have a personal address book
located in outlook 2000 on an exchange server. I want to
take my personal address book and import it to my
contacts. Is this possible to do.

If not, is there a way to print out my personal address
book or send my personal address book to someone else.
