Adding Pictures to org charts

Is there a way to add pictures in to the shapes when I am making an org chart?
For instance, i drap an executive box shape into the document, write the
name and title, but i also want to add the person picture into that box for
reference as well. Any ideas on if this is possible? Thanks!

Visio 2003
Right click e.g. the executive shape.
The fifth menu item is "Insert picture"
Once inserted, there is even replace, delete, hide picture.
