Adding postage to envelopes or labels

Does anyone know about stamps.com? I have stamps.com software installed.
When I click on 'Add electronic postage' it asks me if I want to visit
Micrsoft's site to download postage software. Same when I click the
'E-postage Properties' button. I have also installed the add-in from
stamps.com for MS Office Word XP postage support.
