Adding PST in OWA

I would like to know if it is possible to add personal folders (pst) in
Outlook Web Access interface.

No, it's not possible, because OWA is a browser-based program. It can't access your local machine.

But do you have any idea how i can archives mails in OWA to a different
location.

That would have to happen on the server. Many companies make archive applications for Exchange, a topic outside the scope of this newsgroup.
