Adding pst

We've just had an employee quit. Her computeer is running
Outlook 2000.

I'm running Outlook 2002 on my machine and want to move
her stuff onto my computer, but want to keep it separate.
How would I do this?

Copy the .pst file to your computer. Open Outlook. Go to File->Open->Outlook
Data File. Point it to the departed co-workers .pst file. Open it in your
folder tree (you might want to rename it to a unique name first) and the
contents will be available.

Thanks Milly-

That is simple enough. To take this one step further, can
I add the email account to Outlook and then be able to get
current emails?

Thanks DL-

Quess I wasn't explicit enough. But since the answer
is "yes", It opens the question how.

So How do I link the new wmail account with the additional
pst?
