Adding Receipt Date in header permenantly.

Dear All,

I wish to add the received date / time in the header permenantly, so that it
gets printed with the sent date / time. Is there a menas of changing the
default form to do this? I can do so for a particular email, but I wish this
feature to be permenantly available for all emails printed, hence this
query.
