Adding records to 2 tables from 1 form

The database has 2 related tables - customer and enquiry.
One customer may make multiple enquiries over time, but
the majority of data entry is from a paper form which
provides both customer information and enquiry details.
The user would like to be able to enter all this on one
form, rather than having to change between 2 forms and
reenter the customer identifier with the enquiry data.

Is this possible?
If so, how?

You could use a form/subform setup. Place the customer information on the
main form with the inquiry information in the subform.
