Adding Records to a "Task" subform based on Item selected in Parent form...

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie to this newsgroup and can do a lot of things in Access but
don't know how to write code (but I'm good at modifying codes, just don't
know how to write them from scratch)....

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I created a database to manage Tradeshow activities. What I want to have
Access do is to automatically assign X number of tasks (add X records) to
Task Subform based on an Assigned Display. For example, when I select
Tabletop Display 1 in the Assigned Display ListBox, I want the following
tasks automatically added to the subform:
Task 1 - Pay Exhibit Fee
Task 2 - Email Shipment Checklist to Sales Rep
Task 3 - Fulfill checklist and ship

Can someone tell me how I can do this?

Thank you so much!

This got me half-way there...It adds just one task, but I need it add a
whole bunch. Any suggestions?

Thank you.
