Adding Refernce to MSProject in VS 2003

Hi

I'm just getting started and I want to use VB to manipulate MS-Project file.
What is the reference library I should use? In "add Reference" in Visual
Studio, I see there is one in COM tab (Microsoft Project 10.0 Object
Library), but I was wondering should I be using one from .NET tab? I have
MSProject 2002 and Visual Studio 2003.
