Adding Resource from Address Book to Global Pool

When I try to add a resource to the Global Resource Pool I get the validation
window that says "User or Windows Account Error" But I cannot find any errors
with the information.

Ok, I founf the problem was the user was already a PWA user but not in the
Global Pool. So How do I add a user that already has a PWA account to the
Global Resource Pool?

Ok, I founf out the problem was the user already had access to PWA. But how
do I add a user to the Global Resource Pool if they already have access to
PWA? It does not seem to let me.

In the Enterprise Resource Pool, you must enter the name exactly as you
entered it for the user in PWA. Hope this helps.
