Adding Resources to a Project from Project Server

Hello, everyone. Do our resources have to be set up as Enterprise Resources
in order to add them to our plans from the Server (using the Tools->Assign
Resources->Add Resources from Project Server)?

Yes.

And, another way to get to the dialog box is to choose Tools > Build Team
from Enterprise (or Ctrl-T).
