Adding rows to a table

P

Peter Guest

I have drawn a table with 5 columns and 10 rows. I want to add 50 more
rows. I tried Table: Insert: Rows Below, but that just adds one new
row. How can I tell Word to add multiple rows?

Selecting multiple rows and then doing Table:Insert:Rows Below will add as
many rows as you originally selected.

Select all 10 rows. Right-click and choose Insert Rows. Select the 20 rows
and press F4 twice.

....And unless you have a specific need to add all 50 rows immediately the
table will continue to add rows for you as you complete the last existing
row - just press Tab.
