Adding rows

I have drawn a table and it takes up one page. I have copied it and pasted on numerous pages. I realised I needed some extra space at the bottom to add more rows and colums. I added this space but now if i try to add rows it alters all my other pages by expanding the table and spreading onto the next page. How can I add rows to the table whilst keeping it at the fixed size?

You'll need to reduce the row height.
