adding same border to inserted pictures

M

mr bill

I have a presentation that is all pictures. I have inserted under the photo
album method and would like to add a colored frame around each picture(same
color and weight or size line) I seem to recall there is a command to do that
to every picture with out haveing to do it to each picture individually. can
some one show me the way?

I don't think there's a single step but a fairly quick way:

Set up one picture as you want and select
Double click the format painter (looks like a paint brush)
Click each of the other pics in turn then press esc or click the format
painter again to turn off.

Hi Mr Bill

Just for future reference, you can set up a template then use that when
creating the Photo Album. So in the template draw a shape, give it the
border you want, then right click and select 'set autoshape defaults'. Then
when you create your photo album, click the 'browse' button right down at
the bottom by 'design template' and locate your template.

Very sneaky!

I wish the photo albums would work with the picture placeholders in 2007.
Wouldn't that be awesome?
