Adding Scrolling Text Box to Table

I am trying to add a scrolling text box within a table, however, I am a
newbie, and it seems that it will just allow me to overlay the text box. How
can I make it apart of the table?

Not to worry I have figured it out, Is there any way of deleting post that
you have created tho?
