adding send to Onenote in IE 7 toolbar

I have Office Onenote 2003 and I used to have an OneNote icon on the IE
toolbar to send web clippings to Onenote. It disaapeared during one of the
updates (I guess) and I am trying to reinstall it but can't seem to do it. I
have XP professional and have the right .Net version 1.1... already loaded
along with Onenote SP3. Can some one help me
