Adding SharePoint Designer Icon (or Add on) to Internet Explorer

I'm a brand new user of SharePoint Designer. After I installed it, the icon
did not pop on to Internet Explorer. How do I get this added on to Internet
Explorer so that I can drill into my SharePoint designer to update Webforms,
etc.?

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you.
