Adding shortcut to Outlook Bar prompt

When we create a new folder in Outlook, a message pops up
asking if we want to add a shortcut to the Outlook Bar.
On one classroom computer, someone has checked the box
next to don't ask this question again. How do we set it
back so that the message appears? We are using Outlook
2000.
