Adding text boxes

When text boxes are placed on a form, a label is
automatically added. These are "tied together" (move
together) when relocating them on the form. Is there a
way of making them independent ("untie" them) sort of
deleting the label then re-adding it to the form?

Precisely - just select the label, use Ctrl-X or 'cut' on the toolbar, then
select the section where you want the label to appear, and use Ctrl-V or
'paste' on the toolbar.
