Adding text to diagram.

Hi all,
Got a quick question I hope someone can offer some advice on.

I am trying to figure out how to add text to my diagram when I right
click on a shape. I need to right click and have an input box pop up to
enter the text

I have a number of shapes and the text needs to be positioned at an
offset to the shape.

The shape is in a 3 wide by 2 high grid, and the text needs to be offset
in a 2 by 2 grid which overlaps the lower left 2 squares.

CCA
BB

where A = shape to click
B = text
C = overlap

Any help much appreciated
