Adding the original subject to a server autoreply

How would I set up Outlook2003 to include the original subject + some more
text in an autoreply to the sender? I currently have outlook set up to have
the server reply when any messages are delivered to a particualr maibox with
a line of text in the subject but would like to append the autoreply subject
to also include the original subject.

You'd have to write custom programming code to run on the Exchange server -- way beyond the scope of this forum and unlikely to be permitted by the Exchange administrator.
