adding title to an inserted picture

I want to add a title to the bottom of an inserted picture. Is this
possible. All i can find close is a "caption", but that does not let me
change the text.

Open the file in Paint or some other picture editing program and do it
there. Then you insert your edited picture that has the caption as part of
it.
