adding to certain characters/numbers in multiple rows in certain a

I need to copy and paste this into new cells but I need the numbers add onto
each other so I do not have to manually go in and add 1 number to each paste.

For example-- I have this
store.murpheythejeweler.com/store/p/7062-Tungsten-Flat-8mm-Polished-Band.aspx

Now I need to copy and paste 100 more of that. Now I need to change all of
those 100 pastes to have new numbers, 1 more than the previous; (7062, 7063,
7064, 7065, 7066, 7067 etc...

Any help is much appreciated!

You stated 'rows' and 'cells' wich are Execl terms. Is your data in Excel or
Access?

If you are working in Access where are the separators or is everything all
in one field?

Thank you for your response. I am working in Excel, although I believe that
Access may be beneficial to learn. I have been taking the online tutorials
for Access, but have yet to be able to figure out how to make it benefit my
product details.csv's...
