Adding to dist list contacts without emails

D

David

HI

I am adding contacts to my contact list and some are without email
addresses. For some reason, some arent coming up with "[no email
address available]" where it is normally written. This, for some
reason, means they cannot be added to distribution lists.

Any ideas?

Distribution lists are for contacts with electronic addresses only. Perhaps if you explained why you're interested in adding non-mailable contacts to a DL, someone will have a solution.

Well I originally used the address book that comes with XP. I used
"groups" to group people together, ie cyclist friends, work friends,
school friends, etc. But Outlook only seems to have distribution lists
(well thats what they were converted to when i imported the
addresses).
