Sergio:

You don't add users to the Enterprise Global, instead, you add them to the
Enterprise Resource Pool. First connect to Project with an account that has
administrative rights or at least rights to edit the resource pool, and
choose Tools > Enterprise Options > Open Enterprise Resource Pool. Once the
pool is open, you can add resources from your address book or active
directory providing you have access to those objects.

If you enter to PWA with an administrator account, you can add PWA users to
work in. I want to add this users to enterprise global resources.
So in Project Professional, in the Insert->New resource, you can add users
from Address book, active directory and project server. This last option is
always disabled, i'm not sure, but i think that this option adds users
created in project server, is it? Do you understand what i mean?

Thank you very much, and sorry for my english

Sergio:

If you've entered people as users in PWA and then want to enter them into
the resource pool, you should set them up as resources in an mpp file
outside the server, then use Tools > Enterprise Options > Import Resources
to Server. This process will match the existing users to the new resources.

The best practice is to always add resources using the Import Wizard or by
simply Opening the Enterprise Resource Pool. Adding a resource this way
automatically creates an account for the resource in PWA.
