Adding to existing TOC - Help!

Forte Agent v1.92

All I want to do is add sections to an existing document and update
the section in the TOC. Can't seem to master this - It must be easy to
do- Help!!

If you add sections and update the TOC, the new headings should be added
(provided you used heading styles or others that are tagged for TOC
inclusion).
