Does anyone know of a good way to add travel events to the Outlook Calendar?
Since things like train and plane trips often start in one time zone and end
in another this is problematic. If I just put the time in that is on my
itinerary, then the travel durations are not correct. If I want them to be, I
have to manually calculate what time it is in my home time zone when I enter
the itinerary.
This is important because changing the time zone as I travel causes all
kinds of hassle with the daily (untimed) events which bear a midnight time
(even though it is suppressed from view) wich puts them in the calendar as a
timed event - and depending on which way I travel from home they may be on
the wrong day.
Has anyone seen a good way to do the entry of travel events onto the Outlook
Calendar?
