Adding Traveltime to appoinment

Hi Community,
how can i add the traveltime to appointments? Do you have an idea?

As far as I know you either account for it as part of the appointment or
create a separate appointment for it.

Since the live maps addin is no longer available, you need to either add
time to the appointment or make an separate appointment to reflect travel
time.
