Adding two numbers to an existing value in a cell

There's an existing number in a cell. It's not a cell
reference, but an absolute value. I want to add two zeros
to the front of the number, and to each number in the same
column. So there's a bunch of numbers in a column and I
need to add two zeros to each. Is there a way of doing
this? Thanks.

Number format as 000000?
