Adding user-defined function in Excel2002

Stupid question, but how DO you add a custom function in
the new Excel? I used to rarely do this in older
versions, but I cannot seem to make it work now. Is there
a simple tutorial somewhere? -jim

Save it as excel add-in (*.xla)
Put it in the add-in folder or any other startup folder,
close and restart excel, go to tools>add-ins and check
the box for it..
