Adding users to a Project SharePoint Website

hi,
i have setup SharePoint Services website in the Admin Section of PWA to add
users automatically when a PM publishes a project to the project server. ie
the project sharepoint site is created but only the Administrator is in the
user section of this site. i do not see the PM or any of his resources (i
have setup the RBS structure). is there a way to add the users either
automatically to the websites or manually ? please help.

Hi,
If you are using project authentication for your users then their names will
not be added automatically for websites created by project server even if you
keep
"Automatically add Project Web Access users to project team Web site when
SharePoint site is created or when the project manager publishes the project
information to Project Server" checked.

However for adding the user names manually you can follow these steps
On the admin page click on manage windows sharepoint services.
Select Manage Share point site.
Click on the respective projects site for which you want to create users.
Click on site settings
Click on manage users
Add users
Enter the user name in the format specified on the left side.
Set specific required permissions
Verify the name and click on finish.
