Adding values in a column

Hi Cherie,

It depends upon what you want to add. Some values (work, cost) are
summed when you show the Project Summary task.

Okay, I assume this is one of the custom number fields. Customize the
field (right click the column heading and choose customize) and set
the option for Group or summary rows to sum. That should show the
total of the number field in the summary task. Add the project
summary task to show the total overall.
