Adding Window 7

Hello.
Running Windows 7 as a virtual machine on a Mac. Somehow I messed something up and need to add Windows 7 again to my Microsoft 365 account. Subscription was renewed in April but when I open Word it shows as unregistered. Information I have googled seems to be aimed at Windows 10. Appreiate any help, thanks.

Update: I found where to link my Windows 7 to the MS 365 account. I still am not seeing the PC on the Devices page after signing in.
