Should have said I'm using operating system XP Pro -OEM installed. Have disks
for Office XP Pro. Tried to do a system restore - but none of the points
would work. Don't know why that should be. That's when I did the uninstall
- reinstall of office and encountered the same hang problem that started only
after the updates.
Any help would be appreciated.
