addition to question about monitor res/page size

my monitor res is 1024x768. My page size in FP2003 is 1005x517. Is there
any way to make my page size smaller in FP now that my site is so far
underway? I did try changing my table sizes to percent sizing, but it does
not actually change the size of the page.. I have tried so many things - I
am afraid I am going to have to start my site over because there are so many
elements involved. www.katsdolls.com

The HOME page:
I think it's fine right now ... a little big for 800 x 600, but few use
that.
Remember to align the text the same in the three top boxes and I can't read
the pink text at the bottom ... it needs a plain background IHO.

Strange things are happeniong with the text.. it's overlapping! Page 2 is
too wide also and doesn't resize smaller correctly.
Image names should not have spaces in them, nor should folder and page
names. This one is not loading:

Lots of users have their browser set to 800x600, regardless of of
screen resolution - and 28% of users still have their screens set at
800x600. (according to www.echoecho.com, personal experience over the
last month indicates nearer 50% use 800x600 - but I may have an odd
collection of friends....)

Since I designed the page with a 1024x768 view, and the actual page size is
1005x517, I think I am going to have to do the site over page by page with a
page view of 800x600 to get the desired effect. Am I right? I just don't
see any other way to correct the site at this point. kat

I reworked your home page, removing all dimensions (width and height)
from tables and table cells. The result fitted beautifully in a 800px
wide browser. (page set to 760x420)
If you set the main table width to 760px, it will centre on other
brwser widths.
Your other pages sem to use a similar layout, so this approach may
work for you.

Ron, I will try this when I get home tonight - thank you! I just tried to
print a page of my website, and had to print in landscape view to get the
whole page horizontally. Definite problem here.

To print a page in portrait, the page will have to be a maximum width
of 620px. Your's will not shrink that far without serious
modification - 2 columns instead of three, or reduce the size of the
images. I would leave it as is (modified for 760px width), and suffer
the printout in landscape.

Ron - Its working! Thanks so much. I haven't fixed all the pages, but I
have some. I redid the pages in 800x600 view with a 760 pixel table width.
