sorry steve - I should give you more info.
I first created a query based on the LU_table to limit it
to the services I wanted added by the button.
Next I created an append query based on that query and
when it send "append to" I put in the serivces table.
Finally I added the [forms]![services main sub]![address]
to a field - but it won't even save it without that field
going blank. If I run it I get the message key violation
0 reords appended.
The services table has a ServiceID (autonumber) but a
link to the PropertyID - I assume it's looking for that
property ID
