Hi Jill,
Your CheckBox control is not bound to a field in your Table.
Make sure the Control Source of your checkbox control is bound to a field

| I figured out how to add checkboxes to our existing
| database, but I don't know how to make them function. If
| I check one, it is checked on all 9000 contacts. How do I
| fix this? I am not fluent in Access, so an answer
| for "dummies" would be appreciated.
| Thanks, Jill
