Additonal Address Book Not Accessible

Have an additional address book specified in Outlook, but when composing an
email that address book is not shown in the drop down list. What sorts of
things could cause this? I've checked mapisvc.inf and all required entries
are there.

It's a GoldMine CRM address book. No, it is not there in tools, options of
the address book. It is listed in the address book listing under accounts
though.

So its in the profile but not in the Address list? Can you add it to the
address book if you click Add? (when in the address book's tools, options)

No, it is not available there, only in Directories and Address Books does it
show up.
