address block on letter not printing according to preview

vI have set-up 4-line address blocks for letter and they look right in the "preview of the "edit" fields sections, however they preview on the document and print as 2-lines with recipient on top line and all city ,state, zip on the second line. any help appreciated!

Which version of Word are we discussing?

Could you please describe EXACTLY how you set up these "address blocks"?
