Address Book and Contacts folder - inconsistency of representations

I have a problem with outlook 2000 - when new contact in a
Outlook's folder Contacts is created it occurs in the
Address book, but representation of a name of contact in
the AB (Ivan Petrovich Sidorov) does not correspond to it
representation in a folder Contacts (Sidorov Ivan
Petrovich). How to change representation of contact (for
AB) BY DEFAULT? To change for each contact this parameter
by hands is vey hard work (them much), and without it fast
search in the first letters of surnames does not work.

mode? Check Help | About.
