Address Book and Folders Lost

I'm running Outlook Express 6 on Windows 2000 XP. Yesterday I tried to
set up a new e-mail account. In doing so I deleted my other accounts.
I set them back up and was able to get all of yesterday's e-mails, but
all previous messages plus my address book were lost. Is there any way
I can retrieve these items?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office

It might help if you are more accurate in your versions and programs. There
is also no such thing as Windows 2000 XP. It's either Windows 2000 or
Windows XP ;-)
