Office XP with Outlook 2002.
Imported my palm data into outlook with palm's Chapura
conduit and though I'm not sure Chapura or palm are
responsible, I can't overlook the coincedence that now I
can't access my contacts through the address book when
sending an email. Isolated addresses show up from time
to time. For a while I found that the only ones that
showed were those that had a business fax # filled in on
their contact record. Now not even those show. HELP!!
I've already deleted the Address book thru Tools>email
accounts> directory, view/change. Then re-added it back
and linked the contacts as the email address book.
What's next? Is there any helpful live support for
Outlook out there? Microsoft's site is not very helpful
and most of the MVP's are just selling their code, no
support.
Thanx
