Something's gone wrong with Outlook on one machine.
On another machine, if I open the address book (Ctrl-Shft-B) or Alt-.
when composing an email - the address book is correctly populated.
But on this machine, it is empty, until I type something to filter on
and "Go".
Using Office 2007, Exchange Server 2003 (I think) - (SBS 2003 R2
Premium).
I assume something is corrupted on the offending machine, at:
C:\Documents and Settings\<me>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft
\Outlook
I've deleted the ost file and let it rebuild. I've deleted the oab
files and got Outlook to download them again (just seems to affect the
GAL).
Oh... I'm not interested in the GAL - it's the Contacts I want (first).
I think I have contacts setup correctly; set as primary choice in the
address book in all fields. (Same as the other machine anyway).
Sorry if the answer is already in the group - believe me, I've searched
and searched, and googled and googled.
Help much appreciated. TIA.
