address book entries erroneous

Using Office XP ... when enter the address from the
shortcut tool ( contacts in Outlook) get what appears
blo. The postal code ahead of the towm and NO
province ... is there a way to manipulate the info
blo ... on the other hand when use the addresses for a
multiple fusion all is well since we place the various
fields at our discretion...

Appreciater some help here ...

specify how you want the address to look when inserted? If
