Address Book error

Whenever I try to use the Envelopes and Labels address book icon I get the
following error message: "WINWORD.EXE has generated errors and will be
closed by windows".

Have tried to use detect and repair feature and it does not correct the
problem.

(Word Version 9.0.6926 Sp-3, Win 2K SP-4)

Any help out there?
