Address book Fields

Can I create "user Defined" fields for individuals who
want to store names/numbers differently than by
Name/Number, etc..?

Mike,
Within Outlook, click on Tools/Forms, and then either
choose a new form, or design a form. Also, if you have a
Contact open, and choose Tools/Forms, you'll have a choice
for Design This Form. That way, you can change what you
wish.
