Address Book Imports

Is it possible to import an address book into outlook
express in csv format to a sub folder of the main identity
contacts!! i can only get it to import into the main
identity folder. On a further note when importing - if
existing address cards are in the folder it doesnt replace
them if the title etc is different and if the email
address is different then it imports another card!! any
advice on replacing address cards with the same title
